Fault Detection Condition
One of the WSS supply line is shorted to UBAT.
Normal Operating Condition
ABS is functional in between 10 to 16V
Probable Trouble Area
One of the WSS power supply lines is shorted to UBAT.
Healing Condition
Fault identification and rectification/ WSS replacement
Component Details:
Wheel Speed Sensor
: A wheel speed sensor is part of the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS). It is located on the tires. The
job of the wheel speed sensor is to constantly monitor and report the rotational speed of each tire to the ABS control
module.
