Fault Detection Condition
This fault will logged with IGN ON/ RUN and Internal
12V output from BCM supplied to rain light sensor is not
activated.
Normal Operating Condition
IGN ON/ RUN, Internal 12V output from BCM supplied
to rain light sensor is activated and No DTC logged.
Probable Trouble Area
1. BCM connector Fault.
a. 2. Harness issue.
b. 3. Switch fault.
c. 4. ECU fault.
Healing Condition
d. 1. Give ignition cycle after fault removal
e. 2. Clear DTC command- No DTC logged
Component Details:
Internal 12V output from BCM supplied to rain light sensor.
Preliminary Checks:
1.
Check Battery Voltage (9V-16V)
2.
Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
