Is connector
faulty?
Remove window controller Relay and Check
continuity between BCM connector pin
[C1-28]
and BCM ground pin
[C1-34/C1-47]
.
Continuity
found?
1. Remove window down matting connector.
2. Perform visual check of connector for pins bend or
damaged etc.
Is connector
faulty?
BCM ECU faulty
Replace BCM ECU
Correct connector
fault(Terminals bend)
Correct BCM side wiring
harness.(Short to ground)

DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
Check DTC B1236 – 11 is not logged
