Component Failure
Start
Connect the Diagnostic Tool and check for DTCs
Is DTC B1324 – 09
present?
STOP
Check DTC present is Current or history
Yes
History?
Yes
Is DTC B1324 –
09 present?
C
Yes
C
Any fault observed ?
Correct the
fault
Check continuity between BCM
connector pin
[C1-16]
and BCM
ground
[C1-3]
.
Disconnect vehicle battery connection.
(Please follow safety guidelines)
Check BCM and switch ( window) connectors
for terminal backout
1. Clear the DTC from memory.
2. Turn the IGN to OFF.
3. Start the IGN.
4. Check for DTCs.
No
Is continuity found ?
Replace
switch
Remove BCM side wiring harness Connector and Perform visual check
of connectors for pins bentor damaged etc
Is connector faulty?
BCM ECU faulty
Replace BCM ECU
