Are connectors
loose?
1. Remove BCM Connectors
2. Perform visual check for pin bent or damage
Is any connector
faulty?
Correct the connect fault
Yes
Check continuity between BCM CAN-H
[C1-
48]
and CAN-L
[C1-49]
with ground, battery,
each other, any other pin of Connector-1
No
Is continuity found?
Correct the BCM side wiring harness to
remove wrong continuity
Check continuity between
1. BCM CAN-H
[C1-48]
& HU CAN-H
[C1-2]
2. BCM CAN-L
[C1-49]
& HU CAN-L
[C1-5]
No
Yes
Reconnect the connectors firmly
Yes
No
C
Check BCM Connectors for terminal back out
Disconnect vehicle battery connection
