Read DTCs from BCM ECU
Is U1613 - 64 DTC
present
Check Infotainment ECU connected and
working properly

Is Infotainment
working properly?
Connect the Infotainment ECU properly

Connect the vehicle battery, BCM, and
Infotainment ECU, if disconneted. Measure
Battery Voltage
Is battery voltage in
range (9V to 16V)
