Trouble Shooting:
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Check whether the EMS ECU is getting power supply
and GND.
Go to step 2
Rectify wiring
Harness as per the
schematic if found
faulty
2.
Check whether the Main relay is faulty
Rectify/Replace if
found main relay is
faulty
Go to step 3
3.
Are there any pins damaged at EMS ECU Connector
Replace the
connector or wiring
harness
Go to step 4

Are there any pins backed out from the EMS ECU
Connector
Rectify/Replace
Connectors
Go to Step 5
5
Fault Still Persists
Replace relay and
then if Fault still
persists then Replace
the ECU
Follow the steps
again for
reconfirmation
DTC’s confirmation:
•
After rectification ensure the following before handing over to customer.
•
Check the Atmospheric pressure sensor reading at ignition key on, idle & fly up condition
•
Clear the errors & confirm that no any errors present in ECU.
