WARNING
The heater pipes contain hot coolant which may spill
out when disconnected, even if the coolant is
drained, so be careful while disconnecting them.
Keep a suitable container below to collect the cool-
ant that will flow out.
8. Loosen and remove the mounting bolts of support
tube on both side of HVAC unit and take out the
tubes.
9. Loosen and remove mounting cap screws on
HVAC lower mounting bracket as shown in figure
below
10.Loosen and remove mounting cap screws on
cross member assembly as shown in figure below
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal.
F. B-PILLAR VENT REMOVAL AND ASSEMBLY
1. Remove Driver and Co-driver side Front
Seat.(Refer Body Draft for Seat Removal Proce-
dure)
2. Remove Floor Console Assembly. (Refer Body
Draft for Seat Removal Procedure)
3. Remove Carpet passenger compartment.
4. Remove rear floor carpet.
5. Remove carpet mounting bracket.
