8. Hold Tank Unit And tilt To Remove from tank: Photo

“Tank Unit Removed”.

9. Drain the fuel by suitable equipment.

10.Remove the fuel filler neck hose and breather hose

connections from fuel tank.

11.Pry out parking brake cable from it’s holding pin,

which is bolt near fuel tank.

12.Loosen & remove fuel tank mounting tank fasten-

ers.

13.Hold it properly and remove fuel tank.

INSPECTION :

1. While removing fuel tank, check all hoses and

pipes connected to fuel t ank for leaks, loose

connections, deterioration or damage. Replace if

necessary.

2. Check Suction Unit gasket (O-Ring) for leaks

cracks etc. Replace if necessary.

3. Visually inspect fuel tank for leaks and damage.

Replace if necessary.
