11.18 FULLY AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE
CONTROL (FATC)
FATC system controls the in-cabin Temperature
of the vehicle by automatically regulating the
blower speed, adjusts the doors and compressor
cycling and provides maximum passenger comfort
regardless of outside weather conditions
REMOVAL OF FATC FROM DASHBOARD
1. For removal FATC unit dashboard is required
to remove first. For dashboard removal refer
body chapter.
2. Place and hold the dashboard unit suitably.
3. Separate FATC unit from dashboard.
11.18.1 SERVICING OF ACTUATOR FOR
DISTRIBUTION KINEMATICS
1. Remove connector from motor to detach it
from wiring harness.
2. Remove three screws to change Actuator
motor for Distribution mode.
11.18.2 SERVICING OF ACTUATOR FOR
TEMPERATURE KINAMATICS
1. Remove connector from motor to detach it
from wiring Harness.
2. Remove three screws to change Actuator
motor for Distribution mode.
11.18.3 SERVICING OF THERMOSENSER/
THERMISTOR
1. Hold the Thermosenser by one hand and Pull
the connector so that wiring harness can be
detached from Thermosenser.
2. Pull Thermosenser as shown in fig to get it
free from locking Snaps.
