1.14. OVERHAULING FRONT FATC UNIT
WARNING
Coolant will be present in the heater coil, so carefully
tilt the HVAC unit and collect the coolant in an ap-
propriate container to avoid it spilling onto the
technician
.
1. Remove the electrical connection from blower.
2. Remove the electrical connection of resistor.
3. Remove the electrical connection from Thermo
sensor.
4. Take out Thermo sensor.
5. Remove the electrical connection of the recircu-
lating actuator.
6. Remove the electrical connection of the actuator.
