55. Place the selected shim dimension (“V” AND
“U”) in front gear case cover.
56. Place the gasket over the front gear case
cover parting surface. Assemble the same to
the gearbox assembly.
57. Place the coupling flange.
58. Tighten the flange nut by using tool (Part
Number: 2698 5890 41 01) with the torque of
22 Kg-m.
NOTE:
Before tightening the coupling flange of gear box
make sure double locking is done (reverse gear
and second gear need to be engage by pushing
dogs forward as shown in fig) for locking of main
shaft.
59. For 4X4 Place the lock washer on main shaft.
