ii. BELLOW KIT :
Dismantling:
1. Remove the OBJ assembly.
(For procedure
refer OBJ dismantling procedure.)
2. Remove the bellow small end strap using
suitable tool.
NOTE:
Discard the strap after removal and use new
one at the time assembly.
3. Remove the bellow big end strap using
suitable tool.
NOTE:
Discard the strap after removal and use new
one at the time assembly.
4. Pull out the bellow.
INSPECTION:
Check the condition of bellow for any cut or
damage.
Check the condition of bellow support.
Assembly:
1. Insert the bellow on IBJ.
NOTE:
Ensure that the bellow small end and big end
are properly seated at their respective seating
area. (Small end at bellow support and big
end housing)
2. Assemble the small end metal strap.
NOTE:
Use new metal strap for assembly.
