BOOSTER NRV (NON RETURN VALVE) :

Removal :

1. Disconnect the spring band clamp and

remove the vacuum line connected to the

non-return valve.

2. Loosen and remove the NRV from the

booster by rotating it in anticlockwise

direction.

Fitment :

For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.

BOOSTER ASSEMBLY :

Removal :

1. Drain the brake fluid from the hydraulic circuit.

(For procedure refer Brake fluid draining

procedure in regular maintenance.)

2. Disconnect all ABS hydraulic lines.

3. Remove the tandem master cylinder. (For

procedure refer TMC removal process.)

4. Disconnect the vacuum hose connection from

the booster NRV.

5. Remove the brake pedal return spring.

6. Disconnect the brake pedal from the booster

by removing the clevis pin.

7. Disconnect the electrical connection of brake

light switch and brake switch for cruise control

(If fitted)
