K. Radiator Fan Shroud Removal :
1. Drain the coolant and remove the Coolant
tank. (For procedure refer “Coolant
Replacement” in Engine Management
section)
2. Disconnect the electrical connections to the
radiator fan.
3. Press the snap (1) and lift the shroud
protrusion (2) by lifting the shroud from the
mount (3) which is a part of radiator.
4. Pull out the shroud from the top.
Fitment :
For fitment slide the shroud into the mounts till it
snaps at top mounts.
L. Thermostat Removal :
1. Drain the coolant.
(Refer “Coolant
Replacement” procedure)
2. Access the thermostat either from front right
wheel side by removing the arch liner or from
top by removing air filter assembly.
3. Remove the spring band clip (1) and
disconnect the hose (2).
4. Remove the cover mounting nuts (3).
5. Remove the cover (1) and thermostat (3) from
the housing (4). Replace the gasket (2) while
refitting.
Fitment :
For fitment follow the reverse order of removal.
Tighten fasteners to the recommended torque.
