6. Remove the spring band clamp and
disconnect the hose connecting EGR coolant
inlet to the coolant outlet pipe.
7. Remove the spring band clamp and
disconnect the hose connecting EGR coolant
outlet to the coolant return line.
8. Loosen and remove the hex flange bolts to
disconnect the EGR pipe from EGR cooler.
9. Loosen and remove the hex flange bolts to
disconnect the EGR cooler module mounted
on the intake manifold.
Fitment :
For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
NOTE
Use new gasket every time and tighten
bolts to specified torque
