Pipe from Pump to Hydraulic Speed Selec-
tion Actuator Unit Fitment:
Put the pipe from the pump to the hydrau-
lic unit back in position and tighten the
connectors
Assemble the pressure accumulator on hy-
draulic actuator unit.
Refill the electro-hydraulic selection gear-
box hydraulic control system, with
reference to:
Hydraulic system fluids for gearbox with
hydraulic selection – check level and top
up if necessary.
Connect the Battery connections and re-
move the battery support / drip tray.
Connect the diagnosis equipment and carry
out the following operations:
Hydraulic system for gearbox with hy-
draulic selection – Bleed air.
Clutch self-calibration enablement.
Grid self tuning - service.
New actuators (only if the hydraulic actu-
ation unit is being replaced).
Pipe from Hydraulic Speed Selection Actua-
tor Unit to Fluid Reservoir Removal:
Disconnect the Battery connections and
remove the battery support / drip tray.
1. Loosen the bands and remove the pipe
from the electro- hydraulic selection hy-
draulic actuation unit to the fluid
reservoir.
Proceed very carefully when removing the
pipe in order not to damage the angular
connector.
