ELECTRICAL

REFITMENT

1.Pull out the washer hose from the cutout and

connect to the washer nozzle.

2.Snap fit the nozzle into the cutout.

8.9.4.4 REAR WASHER NOZZLE

LOCATION:

It is fitted on the Centre high mounted stop lamp.

REMOVAL

1.Remove the tail gate upper trim.

2.Remove the Centre high mounted stop lamp

3.Disconnect the washer hose from the rear

nozzle.

4.Pry out the nozzle from out side the Centre high

mounted stop lamp.

NOZZLE SETTING:

1.Check the water jet spot on the tailgate glass if

it is on glass as shown in the below fig then OK.

2. If spot of the jet is not proper then adjust the

nozzle angle manually such that both the jets

should fall on tailgate glass.

REFITMENT:

1.Insert the nozzle into the cutout provided on the

Centre high mounted stop lamp.

2.Connect the washer hose from inside of Centre

high mounted stop lamp to nozzle.

3.Fit the Centre high mounted stop lamp.

4.Snap fit the tail gate upper trim.

NOTE:



Rear nozzle should be fitted properly in the

cutout and there should not be any lateral

movement.



Check that there is no damage in the lock area

and no missing lock in the rear nozzle.

NOZZLE CLEANING:

1. Remove the 3

row roof lam.

2.Remove wash pipe joint (Access it from 3

roof

lamp area).

3.Blow high pressure air through the pipe

NOTE:



If specified solution not used for washer bottle

there is possibility of nozzle blockage.
