29. PROCEDURE

FOR

REFITMENT/

REPLACEMENT OF SIDE PLASTIC MOULD

(Modified) TRIMS

Remove the side plastic mould trims in the

following order :

1) Bottom panel (no.6)

2) Rear wheel arc (no.5)

3) Rear wall moulding (no. 4)

4) Rear door (no. 3)

5) Front door (no.2)

6) Front Fender (no. 1)

1) Fit front fender, locating the snaps properly and

tighten fixing screws (Two Nos)

2) Fit front and rear door trims by locating the snaps

properly and tighten fixing screws. (Two screws

and a nut for front and four screws and a nut for

rear)

3) Fit rear wall by locating the snaps properly and

tighten the screws.

4) Fit rear wheel arch. by locating the snaps and

tighten the screw.

5) Fit the bottom panel by tightening 5 screws in

the bottom, 4 screws in the front door and 3 in

the rear door.
