INTRODUCTION:

The Exhaust System consists of the following

components :

Exhaust manifold,

Assy. Close coupled catalytic converter (CCC)

Assy. pre-silencer

Assy. main silencer

Assy. post silencer

Rubber hangers.

The exhaust gases emitted from engine consists of

harmful pollutants like CO, Nox, Unburnt

hydrocarbons & particulatematter. The Close coupled

catalytic converter reduces the pollution before

exhaust gases are released to atmosphere, thus

protecting the environment.
