SUBASSEMBLY OF INTAKE MANIFOLD

Fit idle speed actuator with gasket.

Fit EGR valve assembly with gasket.

Fit throttle assembly with gasket. Fig. 118

Fit flexible rubber pipe from PCV Valve to inlet

manifold. Fig. 119

Ensure the proper fitment of all nipples in intake

manifold.

If any nipple found loose, use dolly for pressing

bent nipples and anabond to seal.

Fit small flexible pipe, on EGR Valve to inlet

manifold.

Ensure that top and bottom rubber 'O' rings are

fitted on the injectors, then press injectors in fuel

rail and clip them.

Ensure the proper fitment of clip. Fig. 120 & 121
