C. OVERHAULING
DISMANTLING OF CYLINDER BLOCK SUBAS-
SEMBLIES:
1. Remove pipes / hoses connected to thermostat
assembly.
2. Remove the coolant adaptor
(1)
, thermostat
housing cover
(2)
and remove the thermostat
valve
.
3. Disconnect the coolant hoses
(1) and (2)
and re-
move the oil cooler assembly.
4. Remove the HP pump
5. Remove the HP pump mounting bracket.
