5.0 COOLANT TANK REMOVAL AND RE-

FITMENT ON VEHICLE:-

Removal:

1. Loosen the drain plug and remove the coolant

from radiator as well as from coolant tank.

2. Loosen the .coolant tank cap and remove it

and de-clamp the radiator coolant inlet hose.

1. Loosen all the screws of coolant tank.

3. De-clamp the radiator coolant outlet hose.
