CYLINDER VALVE MAINTENANCE
PROCEDURE:
There is no preventive maintenance require for
Cylinder valve. However in case of damage of
solenoid coil / valve due to certain adverse
conditions, it may be necessary to replace the
solenoid coil / valve.
Solenoid coil / valve replacement procedure:
Disconnect the electrical connections.
Unscrew the fixing nut on top of the coil.
Remove the coil / valve as shown and change it
with the new one.
CAUTION
Always use only original valve / coil with
proper specification.
Apply lubricant Loxeal 85-21 on 2-3 threads
of fixing nut and remove excess lubricant.
Re-screw the fixing nut and tighten to a
torque of 0.7 Kg-m.
Re-connect electrical connection.
