5. Torque 7 Kg-m to all bolts as per sequence
•
Fit water bypass tube.
•
Fit intake manifold along with throttle body.
•
Fit exhaust manifold.
Cylinder Head Cover Assembly:
•
Place the baffle plate gasket in cylinder head cover.
•
Place baffle plate on baffle plate gasket.
•
Tighten the mounting screws of baffle plate.
•
Place the cylinder head cover gasket and fix the
cylinder head cover.
•
Fit the oil filler cap alongwith gasket.
