Takeout the shims one by one from respective
valves.
•
Remove valve lock halves of each valves using
spring compressor (inlet/exhaust valve)

•
Take out the valve spring retainers and valve springs.
•
Take out the valve spring seat from each valve.
•
Take out all the valves one by one.
•
Remove valve guide oil seal.
•
Remove valve guide using drift(Part No. 2868 5890
