•

Fit the timing belt in proper sequence.

•

Tension the timing belt by rotating the tensioner

using allen key.

•

Tighten the tensioner mounting bolt to the specified

torque.

•

Tighten the cam shaft gear bolt to the specified

torque.

•

Take out camshaft lock pin & flywheel lock pin.

•

Fit the bottom timing cover.

•

Tighten the dip stick tube mounting bolt on cylinder

head.

•

Clamp harness clips on timing cover.

•

Fit the crankshaft pulley on crank shaft & tighten

the central mounting bolt to specified torque.

•

Fit the front timing cover.

•

Fit the alternator belt. (ReferAlternator belt refitment

procedure)

•

Fit the cylinder head cover.

•

Ensure all electrical connectors are properly

connected.

•

Now fill the coolant and lubricating oil.

•

Run the engine for 15 min. to check oil leakage /

coolant leakage.
