ASSEMBLY:

NOTE:

Use only “

MOLY KOTE P40

” grease and

avoid excessive application of grease.

1. Insert the shaft from top bush and

simultaneously insert clutch release fork into

shaft with correct position (lug at bearing

side).

2. Tighten the fork on the shaft with hexagonal

flange bolt (M8X25) by tightening torque

4.1mkg.

3. Place the clutch release bearing on the guide

tube and smear some grease on it. Also apply

grease at the point of contact between the

bearing and the fork.

4. Place the clutch release lever on clutch

release shaft and checked the correct

position.

5. Insert the bolt into the clutch release lever hole

& insert the nut and then tighten the bolt.
