Inspection

1. Inspect condenser core fins for blockage or dam-

age. Clogged condenser fins should be washed

with water and should be dried with compressed

water.

Installation

1. Mount condenser assembly on locating lugs on

body and tighten two nuts.

2. Connect Suction and Discharge lines.

3. Recharge the system using RRU. (Refer

Refrigerant Recovery, Recycling and Recharging

procedure)

4. Perform a leak test. (Refer Leak Test procedure)

5. Refit Front Bumper. (Refer Front Bumper installa-

tion procedure)

Removal of condenser assembly

1. Recover the refrigerant using Refrigerant Recovery

Unit (RRU) (Refer Refrigerant Recovery, Recycling

and Recharging procedure)

2. Remove Front Bumper. (Refer Front Bumper

removal procedure/Body group)

3. Disconnect suction (a) and discharge (b) lines

from condenser assembly.

NOTE:

As soon as the refrigerant lines disconnected, cap

the opened fittings so that moisture and dust do

not enter into the system

4. Remove mounting nuts and take out condenser

assembly.
