3. Remove omega clips and disconnect the
pipes
from
heater assembly.
4. Take out heater assembly.
Inspection
1. Check heater fins for blockage. If found clogged,
use compressed air to clean fins.
NOTE:
Do not use water to clean the heater.
Installation
1. Install heater unit into air distribution housing and
tighten three screws.
2. Fix omega clips and connect heater pipes.
2. Remove three screws of heater assembly.
HEATER ASSEMBLY
Removal
1. Drain engine coolant. (Refer coolant drain
procedure/engine cooling system)
3. Tighten two screws of housing cover for heater
pipes.
4. Topup engine coolant.
