Inspection of refrigerant lines
1. Use leak tester to check hoses and pipes for any
gas leakage.
2. Check each hose/line connection for looseness.
Tighten if found any.
Removal
1. Recover the refrigerant using Refrigerant
Recovery Unit (RRU) (Refer Refrigerant
Recovery, Recycling and Recharging procedure)
2. Replace defective hose/pipes (Refer the AC
pipelines arrangement diagram).
NOTE:
As soon as the refrigerant lines disconnected, cap
the opened fittings so that moisture and dust do
not enter into the system.
Installation
1. Fit new hoses/pipes.
2. Recharge the system using RRU. (Refer
Refrigerant Recovery, Recycling and Recharging
procedure)
