CAUTION :

Clean tripod rollers with kerosene or diesel before

assembly if it is to be reused.

6. Hold the drive shaft and take out tripod (4).

7. Remove the boot insert (7).

8. Loosen boot clamp (small) (9) by tapping with blunt

screw driver.

9. Take out the boot (8) from drive shaft.

Inspection :

1. Check boots for breakage or deterioration. Replace

them as necessary.

2. Check circlip, boot clamps, rollers, tripod and joints

for breakage or deformation. Replace them if

necessary.
