EPAS stub (or connector) in
wiring harness.
5. Permanent open circuit
failure in CAN Low line of
EPAS stub (or connector) in
wiring harness.
6. EPAS ECU CAN High or
Low line terminal back out at
EPAS wiring harness
connector.
1. Check if EPAS ECU is
connected properly in the
vehicle.
2. Check if EPAS ECU
Ignition/Battery fuse is
connected properly in
Fuse Relay Box (EFRB),
if fuse not present or
blown connect/replace
the fuse.
3. Check for ground line
connected properly.
4. Check if EPAS ECU
CAN lines are connected
properly in vehicle.
5. Repair the wiring
harness.
