NOTE
While removing the brush box through the arbor,
care should be taken that brushes do not get broken
or chipped off.
D. Removal of Frame & Armature
After Removal of Brush Holder as mentioned
above, hold the armature shaft with arbor and
remove the frame.
After removing the frame, pull out the armature
by the shaft.
Remove steel ball.
NOTE
While removing the frame. Care should be
taken that the magnets does not hit with the
armature and break.
After removing the armature it should be placed
safely as any fall of armature on ground could
potentially lead to earthing of conductors.
After removing Steel ball it should be placed
safely as there is a greater chance of miss
