4. Fitment of Armature assembly
Drop the ball into the output shaft pocket
Assemble the armature into the gear box
assembly, Ensure that no damage takes place
and proper meshing with planetary gears.
NOTE
Ensure that the ball is present in the output
shaft pocket.
Ensure no damages on the commutator and
wires of the armature.
5. Fitment of Frame assembly
Assemble the frame over the armature; ensure
locking of frame into the seal and proper seating
on the housing face.
NOTE
Ensure that the ball is present in the output
shaft pocket.
Ensure no damages on the commutator and
wires of the armature.
6. Fitment of Brush holder assembly
Use the arbor to assemble the brush holder and
properly insert the grommet on the U slot of the
frame assembly.
NOTE
Ensure that the brushes are not broken or
cracked.
Ensure proper seating of coil springs.
