ENGINE 273 MPFI
•
Remove water and oil pump assembly by remov-
ing mounting bolts.
•
Takeout the water & oil pump assembly (housing)
from engine block.
•
Remove the flywheel by unscrewing the hexago-
nal mounting bolts.
NOTE
•
Ensure that the flywheel is locked using special
tool (Part No.2834 5890 06 14) before loosening
flywheel mounting bolts.
•
Remove connecting rod bearing cap mounting
bolts.
•
Take out the connecting rod bearing caps.
•
Push the connecting rod with piston towards top
side and carefully remove connecting rod with
piston assembly.
•
Remove crank shaft rear oil seal cover by unscrew-
ing the hexagonal mounting bolts.
