5.2.2 MAINTENANCE

5.2.2.1 ON VEHICLE REPAIRS

A. ANTIROLL BAR

REMOVAL

1. Hoist the vehicle on two post lift & remove the

wheels.

2. Remove the wheel speed sensor wiring by

removing the separator clamp from Anti roll bar

from both ends.

3. Lock the ball joint from being rotated using an

Allen key

(5mm)

and disconnect the antiroll bar

from the ball joint assembly by loosening the

nyloc nut. Follow the same procedure at the other

end also

.

! CAUTION

Make sure that before loosening the nyloc nut one

should use Allen key (5mm) to hold the ARB link ball

stud otherwise it may damage the ball joint.

4. Loosen and remove two mounting screws of

bearing block bracket. Follow the same

procedure at other end also.

5. Remove the anti-roll bar assembly.

6. Remove the ball joint assembly from the bracket

on the rear axle by removing the bottom nyloc

nut. Follow the same for other end also.
