6.3 DIAGNOSIS
FRONT SUSPENSION & REAR SUSPENSION
Always road test the vehicle first before coming to any conclusion, Do some preliminary visual inspection
and correct any defects if found.
1. Inspect the tyre pressures and tyre wear.
2. Lift the vehicle using two post lift and inspect front and rear suspension for loose or damaged parts.
3. Rotate the wheels and check for out-of round tyres, bent rims, loose or rough wheel bearings.
4. Detailed inspection of parts / sub assembly of rear suspension is given in Inspection Section.
