TRANSAXLE (NANO AMT) 94 7. Place the synchro cone first on the shifter sleeve, with projected side facing downwards and then place the second gear on it. 8. Fit the circlip in the slot. NOTE: Measure the gap between the second gear and the circlip; it should be within 0.2 ~ 0.4mm. 9. Place the third gear on the circlip such that the groove in its bottom (provided for circlip) rests on the circlip . 10. Place the fourth gear on the third gear. 11. Place the spacer on fourth gear.
