Fitment of Armature assembly  Drop the ball into the output shaft pocket  Assemble the armature into the gear box assembly, Ensure that no damage takes place and proper meshing with planetary gears. NOTE  Ensure that the ball is present in the output shaft pocket.  Ensure no damages on the commutator and wires of the armature. 5. Fitment of Frame assembly  Assemble the frame over the armature; ensure locking of frame into the seal and proper seating on the housing face. NOTE  Ensure that the ball is present in the output shaft pocket.  Ensure no damages on the commutator and wires of the armature. 6. Fitment of Brush holder assembly  Use the arbor to assemble the brush holder and properly insert the grommet on the U slot of the frame assembly. NOTE  Ensure that the brushes are not broken or cracked.  Ensure proper seating of coil springs. 7. 10
