ELECTRICAL 7 Fitment of End plate assembly  Place the end plate over the brush holder assembly.  Fasten it with brush fixing screws to a torque of 1.6±0.4 Nm using 4mm socket and torque wrench.  Assemble the through bolt and fasten them to a torque of 4.5 ± 1Nm using 8mm socket and torque wrench. NOTE  Ensure proper orientation of endplate while assembling screws (2).  Ensure through bolts are tightened evenly and uniformly. 8. Fitment of Solenoid assembly  Place the solenoid on the housing chimney.  Properly insert the connecting rod onto the lever slot.  Fasten solenoid with the M5 torx head screws (2 Nos) at torque of 4.5 ± 1 Nm using a 5mm socket and torque wrench.  Assemble the brush holder eyelet to the M+ terminal of the solenoid & fasten with the nut at 6.2 ± 1 Nm using 12mm socket and torque wrench. NOTE  Ensure connecting rod is properly located in the lever slot. 11
