TRANSMISSION 27 24. Loosen the 2 support shaft nuts by using an H18 wrench. 25. Pull and remove propeller shaft from drive flange. WARNING: When removing propeller shaft from transmission do not damage the output shaft pilot. 26. Loosen the 6 crossbar nuts by using an H18 wrench. 27. Loosen the two crossbar nuts by using a H18 wrench. NOTE : Do not remove the crossbar screws. 28. Support the transmission using transmission support jack and secure it with the safety chains. 29. Remove the 6 crossbar screws and remove the crossbar.
