GEAR BOX 6450 19 SHIFTER FORKS: There are three types of shifter forks. 1. 1 st / 2 nd shifter fork. 2. 3 rd / 4 th shifter fork 3. Reverse Shifter fork SHIFTER SHAFTS: Shifter shafts can be identified by the distances between two holes on the shafts. B. PRECAUTIONS:  Ensure oil is completely drained before commencing the dismantling procedure.  Ensure engaging gears are properly assembled on shafts with respective circlip.  Ensure oil seals are free from dust particles and smear grease to dust lip.  Use special tools for removal and fitment of gearbox bearings.  Ensure proper fitment of shifter sleeve assembly with synchro cone on respective shaft.  Ensure no damage should be done to reverse light switch during handling.  Wherever thread lock gum is use for fasteners, pre-coated fasteners can be use alternatively. Do not reuse pre-coated fasteners.
