GEAR BOX 6450 18 1. 1 st / 2 nd GEAR SYNCHRO PACK: This is the triple cone synchro pack. This is used for gradual gear engagement and this avoids gear clashing. 2. 3 TH ,4 TH ,5 TH ,6 TH AND REVERSE GEAR SYNCHRO PACK: This is the Double synchro pack and is used for gradual gear engagement. This avoids gear clashing. DOUBLE AND TRIPPLE SYNCHRO CONE ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE:  Place the inner cone then place intermediate cone on it and then place outer cone on it. This enables us to prepare the synchro pack assembly.  Place this synchro pack assembly on respective gear assembly and measure cone gap. NOTE: While fitment of engaging gear kindly confirm all lugs of outer and inner cone are properly aligned. SHIFTER SLEEVES: There is only one type of shifter sleeve for all gears.
