ELECTRICAL 56 No indicator lamp is working 1. BCM o/p open or short circuit. 1. Repair wiring harness. 2. Combi switch faulty. 2. Replace combi-switch. 3. Connector at combi switch loose. 3. Fix the connector properly. CONDITION POSSIBLE CAUSE CORRECTION/REFERENCE ITEM 7.STOP LAMP Inboard Stop lamp (RH / LH) not working 1. Grounding point loose. 1. Tighten the grounding properly including the Tail gate ground. 2. Interconnection loose at- in floor to Tail gate pigtail and tailgate pigtail to tail gate harness. 2. Fix the connector properly. 3. Bulb loose/fused. 3. Fix the bulb properly. Replace bulb if blown. Outboard Stop lamp (RH / LH) not working 1. Grounding point loose. 1. Tighten the grounding properly including the Tail gate ground. 2. Interconnection loose at- in floor to Tail gate pigtail and tailgate pigtail to tail gate harness. 2. Fix the connector properly. 3. Bulb loose/fused. 3. Fix the bulb properly. Replace bulb if blown. Both stop lamps not working 1. Single lamp fuse cabin fuse box loose/blown. 1. Fix the fuse properly in the base. If blown replace the fuse. 2. Connector from main W/H to floor W/H loose. 2. Fix the connector properly. 3. Brake lamp switch setting is not proper /switch faulty. 3. Adjust the switch setting / replace switch if faulty. 8.REAR FOG LAMP Single lamp not working 1. Grounding point loose. 1. Tighten grounding properly. 2. Connector loose. 2. Fix the connector properly. 3. Bulb loose/fused. 3. Fix the bulb properly. Replace bulb if blown. Rear fog lamp switch symbol not lighting 1. Bulb loose/fused. 1. Fix the bulb properly. Replace bulb if blown 2. Rear fog lamp relay faulty. 2. Replace relay Rear fog lamps not working 1. Check Telltale in IC, if working then check bulb or harness 1. Check BCM connections and fix the connector properly. 2. Rear fog lamp relay faulty. 2. Replace relay. 3. Bulb blown. 3. Replace bulb. 4. Rear fog lamp connector loose. 4. Fix the connector properly. 5. Fuse blown/ short circuit W/H. 5. Replace the fuse/Repair W/H. 9.REGISTRATION PLATE LAMPS Single registration plate lamp not working 1. Grounding point loose 1. Tighten grounding properly 2. Lamp connector loose 2. Fix the connector properly 3. LED not working 3. Replace RPL Both registration plate lamp not working Master light switch faulty Replace master light switch
