FRONT AXLE (4X4) 35 ASSEMBLY 1. Press the Wheel Bearing into Knuckle using the Bearing Pressing Dolly (Part No.2870589033 14) . NOTE Ensure bearing is getting pressed uniformly from all direction, if bearing tilts while pressing then it may get damaged during further pressing operation results in higher drag. 2. Install Circlip which locks the bearing in knuckle NOTE Ensure Circlip is installed after bearing pressing done, if not used; this may cause failure of wheel end assembly due to high cornering loads coming on it during vehicle operation. 3. Clamp the Spindle assembly with brake disc with the help of spindle bolts and spring washers, Ensure proper fitment is done and spindle bearing Dia. is not damaged. Torque the bolts to specified torque. (Refer service data) 4. Take the above made assembly and press the Knuckle into Spindle using knuckle pressing dolly (Part No.287058903312 ) while referencing the bearing ID.
