1.4.40 FUEL FILLER ASSEMBLY.
REMOVAL
1. Open fuel LID complete assembly.
2. Remove the rear wheel arch liner (for
procedure refer removal rear wheel arch
process).
3. Pull out the filler cap chord from its location
and remove the filler cap.
4. Push it inside direction and inclined the Fuel
filler housing assay and take it out outside of
vehicle.
5. Disconnect Fuel LID Cable from Fuel LID
Lever and pull it out from the luggage
compartment.
6. Remove the mounting screw of fuel neck
7. Remove Filler Pipe Mounting Bracket screw.
8. Remove Spring Band Clamp from Breather
Pipe and separate it from Breather Hose.
FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
