1.4.9 FRONT DOOR
REMOVAL
1. Remove electrical connection of door wiring
harness.
2. Remove Check-strap from front door
assembly in full open condition - By removing
one MTG screw from body side
.
3. Hold the Door assembly firmly in complete
open condition.
4. Accesses the door Hinge MTG screw and
remove four MTG screw from Door side.
NOTE
Before fitting the check strap apply grease on it.
Grease type (Maker, Type): KLUBER, POLYLUB
801. Regreasing interval: 6 Months or 10,000km
within.
While fixing Hinge MTG Screw, please fix
Datum Screw first.
Door latch and Striker Setting need to be
done For Rattling Noise of side Doors.
Door to be maintain 0.5mm under flush
5. Slowly pull out the door and pull out the wiring
harness carefully which was disconnected
earlier.
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
NOTE
“For Side door Rattling Noise, Door Latch and
striker setting need to be done & maintain 1 mm
under flush condition.”
