1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 TOOLS
These tools are to be used while working on High voltage system and components:
PDU, OBC, DCDC, E Drive, Battery Pack, PTC Heater, Compressor and HV Harnesses.
a)
General Tools -
Can be sued on
mechanical components
and maintain specified
torque.
b) Insulated tools-
Must & should use insulated tools while working on
High voltage system
components
and maintain recommended
torques.
c) Special tool-
should use recommended special tool only while taking out
High voltage system
components
(ex: Trolley
)
