DTC Detection Condition
This DTC gets logged for EEPROM worn out
Normal Operating Condition
EEPROM is normal
Probable Trouble Area
1. EEPROM in OBC is failed.
2. EEPROM in OBC is overwrite.
Healing Condition
Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep
Write up for
the system:-
The on-board charger (OBC) takes AC input and converts it to direct current to charge a HV battery. The LV supply of OBC is from 12V
battery. It requires AC HV supply voltage of 230V, 50Hz to charge the HV battery. Without the LV supply charging is not possible.
OBC communicates with HV battery through BMS.
Pre-Check Points:
KL 30
12V LV supply to OBC
KL 31
LV/Chassis ground to OBC
a) Check for 12V LV Battery Voltage is with in the range ( 7.5V to 14V)

After rectification, ensure the following points by referring OBC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over
to customer.
a) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle charging command by observing the charging
signal lamp on cluster
